I'm not sure where the time has gone, and I now have a great deal of work to do, both on my blog and on my fabric art.
Life has been hectic, and both my husband, John, and I have been ill this year. We are both recovering, but it has made life challenging.
I have made only a few new pieces this year, but have spent some time experimenting with silk painting and hope to more of that. I've also been making my own alcohol inks and the colours have been fun.
I just started working on a White Tiger close-up which I hope to have done in the next few weeks. The emerald green eyes are stunning, and I hope to be able to triple quilt it, so it should be very 3D, once I am done.
Another work in process is a 4th in the series of Geisha Art, and this should be done by the end of December. It is quite large, so will take some time.
